This is the outcome of the try to combine my thoughts on a mental-health coaching method with AI to help me with a (pseudo-)scientific definition:

The Entropo‑Syntropic Nucleus Genesis denotes a self‑directed, constructivist transformation process in which experiences are first opened entropically, fragmented, and detached from existing structures of meaning, in order to then be syntropically condensed into central core elements (nuclei) and transferred into a new, functional overall structure.

The process comprises four consecutive phases:

(1) entropic exploration through naive stimulus intake,

(2) destructuring through dissolution and fragmentation,

(3) nuclear extraction of relevant core aspects,

(4) syntropic reformation of these nuclei into an adaptive, individually coherent system of behavior or meaning.

The Entropo‑Syntropic Nucleus Genesis thus describes a cyclical mechanism of self‑organization that enables complex experiences to be integrated into a dynamically growing system of self and action.
