In a programme and a podcast, it was advised to give the alcohol a personality to make it easier to ‚hate‘ alcohol for its bad influence. The image suggested was that of a bad advisor. I generated mine with AI and printed it. I have it always with me in my diary. And what do you know? It really helps!
